When naming files, if the file is open in another programme and you press retry to attempt renaming without closing the other program, oltk crashes

Expected behaviour

Oltk should not crash – should prompt to close the file again

Steps to Recreate

  1. Add files to File Naming and setup rename
  2. Open a file that is part of the rename in adobe acrobat
  3. Press rename
  4. When the popup appears, press retry without closing the file in acrobat
  5. Observe oltk crashes
