When setting up file naming (instrumentation) and a setting needs to be changed (e.g. instrumentation order or file naming conventions) if you navigate to settings, make any change or no change and then back to file naming window, some instrumentation information disappears.

Expected behaviour

Oltk should save information already inputted and display it when returning to file naming screen

Steps to Recreate

1. Add files to File Naming and setup rename
2. navigate to settings screen and change any settings, press save
3. return to file naming screen - instrumentation panel info is gone but proposed file names stay and instrumentation string at top of page stays (this image attached in comments - i can only upload 1 image to the post)
4. the instrumentation panel info returns if a change is made to the instrumentation string at the top of the page
