[Solved] Most functionality is broken when PDF file extensions contain capital letters

OLTK doesn't recognise pdf files that have capital letters in their file extension e.g. .Pdf or .PDF as pdf files. This causes the following to not work for these files: File Previews, Crop, Rotate, Add Numbers, Print (probably other stuff also)
